At our salon, we prioritise your satisfaction and well-being. We are committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and we appreciate your cooperation with our salon policies.
Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
We kindly ask for atleast 48hours notice to cancel or rescdule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in no-show 100% charge will be taken.
Late Arrivals & No Shows
If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or reschedule. Full treatment cost may still apply.
Missed appointments without notice will result in 100% charge. May require full payment upfront before any future bookings.
Patch Tests & Health&Safety
Patch tests are required 48 hours prior to treatments such as brow tinting , lash lifts, lash extensions, hair colouring and skin treatments.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivites prior to your appointment.
Payments & Refunds
We accept cash/bank transfer/card. Full payment is required at the end of your appointment.
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
